CURRENT CONDITIONS:  Solar activity is very low with background X-ray flux below B-class levels. Solar wind speed is at background levels with speeds between 360 - 450 km/s. Local geomagnetic conditions are at quiet levels. Local HF working frequencies are elevated compared to monthly average predicted values.

OUTLOOK: Solar activity is expected to be low with background X-ray flux below B-class levels. There are two active regions visible on the solar disk with simple magnetic configurations and no major flaring activity is expected. Solar wind speed is expected to remain at background levels during the next 24 hours. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly at quiet levels. A weak connection is possible from coronal hole 31 (CH31), bringing an increased chance of unsettled geomagnetic activity.
